Facebook needs very little introduction. As a tool for competitor analysis, it is great for giving you insights into how people engage and interact with the competition through social media. Additionally, it’s a great source of information about what different competitors are up to – for example, if there’s a sale running on a competitor’s site, you’ll probably find out through Facebook first. Great for advertising too, and for reaching out and engaging your own customers in 2-way conversation.
